Andrew planned every detail of this proposal at Point Pelee, setting up a quiet picnic while keeping the surprise completely intact. As they sat together, there was a calm anticipation in the air, the kind you can feel before anything even happens. Hidden nearby, I captured it as it naturally came together, without interrupting the moment. When he finally got down on one knee, everything landed at once, the surprise, the emotion, and a moment they’ll never experience the same way again.

Just outside the home they had recently moved into together, Dante turned an ordinary walk into something unforgettable. After stopping by a nearby bakery, they made their way back like they had so many times before, with nothing to suggest what was coming. As they paused outside, I stayed tucked away behind a parked car, letting the moment happen as it was meant to. When he got down on one knee, the reaction was immediate, filled with emotion, laughter, and something that felt completely their own.
